Hi, I'm Thoq (he/him or whatever you want really). I love cats, programming and the color purple. When programming I typically default to Python or Go but I am also comfortable in Rust, C/C++, Java and JavaScript/TypeScript. When I work on the frontend I typically choose Fresh.js or Astro with Tailwind. I have an orange cat nammed Mango (because he's the color of a mango, this was before the brainrot, I'm mad at you for even thinking that).

I'm interested in Cybersecurity, AI/ML and backend development. Some of the libraries and tools I use are listed next. For machine learning I use NumPy, Torch, Transformers and Numba as my core libraries along with Jupyter notebooks, matplotlib and tqdm widgets. I use the UV toolchain and package manager, the Ruff formater and linter and the Ty typechecker. When I use Java I use Maven or Gradle and IntelliJ. For C/C++ I use CMake and Clang. As for Rust and Go I use Cargo and Go mod both have great, first-class support for building, testing and library management.

I'm always open to doing a commission for a project as long as it's with a technology I listed above. I'm also open to collaborating on a project that you may find interesting on my GitHub or GitLab profiles (links in header).
